I have created a dynamic curriculum that combines the best of classical training with the electrifying techniques of rock and roll. From mastering dynamic rhythms and captivating melodies to unleashing impressive solos, your child will receive comprehensive instruction while building a strong foundation in music theory.

Details 

There are 2 booking options.  

Block 1 runs from 1st  – 4th August 

Block 2 runs from 22nd  – 25th August 

Each Block  is a 4 day intensive course, each starting with a 2 hour  live small group class (maximum 5 students) at 11:00 Am 

Live sessions are  at the Rossendale Guitar studio in Helmshore. 

After returning home for a break students will be encouraged to join in with an extra 20 minute live online practice boost session at 2pm to recap and strengthen what has been learned in the morning session. Notes and recap videos will be available to access in a students own time along with a carefully planned practice assignment each day.  For flexibility, the practice boost will also be recorded so it can be accessed later if you can’t make the live one.  

Through the course we will learn how to get the best sound out of our equipment, explore the use of a pick versus fingers, learn cool riffs & create our own. Develop chords and fretboard knowledge. Build on techniques such as hammers, pull-offs, bends. There will also be follow up activities to help continue having fun, learning and development over the summer break. 

With more than 3 hours focussed playing time each day, your child’s playing will come on in leaps and bounds.  

This course offers over 9 hours of live tuition. Typically, a course of this nature would cost in excess of £270. However, I am delighted to offer it to earlybird students for just £95 for bookings made by 26th July! That’s less than £11 per hour of valuable instruction. 

Please note, to get the full benefit of all aspects of this course a reliable internet connection and a willingness to practice for a minimum of 15minutes between sessions will be necessary.
